We are on the verge of a looming supply shortage…
URGENT UPDATE: If you are planning a home improvement this year (2025), we anticipate a SHORTAGE OF BUILDING MATERIALS and subsequent INCREASE IN COST on building materials in the coming months. We have qualified information that leads us to believe this may happen March through September, 2025 (likely beyond, as well). With this in mind, I am personally preparing for it. I will be making personal homeowner repairs ahead of the potential materials shortage. You might want to do the same. We were all affected by the last shortage of supplies during the pandemic. If you could get supplies, they were at least 3 times the price from the previous months and, limited at best. I personally will not be caught off guard again. You should do the same.
